安全承诺书

Safety Commitment Letter

本人郑重申明，本次离校外出是本人的自主行为，本人自行安排行程和住宿。本人郑重承诺，本人会按学校要求履行请销假手续，至少每两天向管理老师报告一次旅途情况，并按请假时限按时返校；本人离校外出期间的人身财产安全责任自负。

I solemnly declare that this trip is my independent behavior, I arrange the itinerary and accommodation by myself. I solemnly promise that I will fulfill the procedures of leave request and reporting back as required by the university, and report my situation to the teachers at least once every two days; I will return to the university on time according to the leave request and be responsible for my personal safety and property safety during my trip.
