On June 16, thefirst session foreign students’ graduation thesis defenses were held in themeeting room of the School of Telecommunication. The president Huang Shuanghuawas the Defenses Chairman, Vice--president Liu lixin was the committee memberof the defenses, the deans of the department of the international exchange andcooperation, the office of academic affairs, and the School of Telecommunicationattended the defenses meeting. Huang Shuanghua announced the requirements ofthe defenses and hoped the students could present their graduation worksperfectly to show their ability and knowledge that they had gained at PanzhihuaUniversity. The 8 Laotian students were very confident during the defenses andanswered all the questions by the teachers. Of course, the teachers gave themsome useful suggestion which made them very grateful.
