Notice on the Second Phase of Online Learning

国际学生：

International students,

   因受国际疫情影响，学校确定国际学生短时间内不能开学，国际学生未经允许，不得返华、返校。为贯彻落实中国教育部“停课不停学”的要求，现将第二阶段（3月23日-4月26日）网络学习任务发给你们，请按如下要求保质保量完成学习任务。

   Due to the international pandemic, the university will not begin the new semester in a short period of time. International students are not allowed to return to China or the university without permission.In order to implement the requirements of the MOE of China on "Suspending Schooling and Maintaining learning", we hereby send you the online study task of the second stage (from March 23 to April 26). Please complete the study task with both quality and quantity according to the following requirements.

   一、每周三北京时间24:00之前，将你完成的周一、周二、周三的作业拍照，通过微信发给指导老师；每周五北京时间24:00之前，将你完成的周四、周五的作业拍照，通过微信发给指导老师。最晚每周日北京时间24:00，国际学生必须完成本周学习任务。

   I. Before 24:00 Beijing time every Wednesday, take photos of your Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday homework, and send them to the instructor through WeChat.Before 24:00 Beijing time every Friday, take photos of your Thursday and Friday homework and send them to the instructor through WeChat.International students are required to complete a week's study at 24:00 Beijing time every Sunday at the latest.

   二、任何学生不得以任何理由拒绝完成学习任务。指导老师每周日北京时间24:00进行本周作业完成情况汇总。未完成本周学习任务超过1/8者，下一年度奖学金评定扣除1分；未完成本周学习任务超过1/4者，下一年度奖学金评定扣除2分；未完成本周学习任务超过1/2者，下一年度奖学金评定扣除3分；完全未完成本周学习任务者，下一年度奖学金评定扣除4分。

   II. No student may refuse to complete the study task for any reason.The instructor will summarize the completion of a week's homework at 24:00 Beijing time every Sunday.For those who fail to complete more than 1/8 of the learning tasks of a week, the next year's scholarship will be deducted 1 point.For those who fail to complete more than 1/4 of the learning task of a week, the next year's scholarship will be deducted 2 points.For those who fail to complete more than 1/2 of the learning task of a week, the next year's scholarship will be deducted 3 points.Students who do not completethe study task of a week at all will be deducted 4 points.

   三、经过调研，巴基斯坦学生在巴基斯坦国内进行网络学习是完全不存在问题的。对指导教师不理不睬，以“没有网络”、“微信不能使用”等拙劣借口拒不完成学习任务者，将被取消参加 “中国文化体验活动”和包括奖学金在内的任何形式的评优资格。

   III. According to the research, there is no problem for Pakistani students to study online in Pakistan. Those who refuse to contact the instructor and complete the study task under the excuse of "no network" or "WeChat doesn't work" will be disqualified from the "Chinese Culture Experience Activities" and all sorts of excellence selection activities including scholarships.
