Cooperating with the Epidemic Prevention and Control

为了更好地配合学校新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，守护师生健康，维护校园安全，本人郑重承诺：

In order to better cooperate with the university’s prevention and control of the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia, protect the health of teachers and students, and keep campus safety, I solemnly promise:

1.身体出现发热（体温≥37.3℃）或者咳嗽、咽痛、乏力、肌肉酸痛、胸闷、呼吸困难、恶心呕吐、腹泻、结膜炎等异常情况时，及时主动报告老师，并如实报告近期行程。

I. In case of fever (body temperature ≥37.3℃), cough, sore throat, fatigue, muscle pain, chest tightness, dyspnea, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, conjunctivitis and other abnormal conditions, report to the teachers promptly and truthfully about the recent trip.

2.遵守学校防控工作要求，服从疫情防控工作安排。如有违反，自愿接受处罚；造成不良后果的，依法承担经济和法律责任。

II. Comply with the university’s requirements for epidemic prevention and control, and follow the arrangements. In case of violation, punishment shall be voluntarily accepted; in case my behavior caused undesirable consequences, I shall bear economic and legal responsibilities according to law.

3.未接到返校通知，绝不提前返校；接到返校通知，在规定时间内按时返校。

Never get back to the university earlier before receiving the notice of return; get back to the university within the specified time after receiving the notice of return.

4.按照中国教育部“停学不停课”的要求，按时完成学校布置的学习任务。

In accordance with the requirements of “Suspending Schooling but Maintain Learning” from Ministry of Education of China, I will complete the learning tasks assigned by the university on time.
