A letter to the International Students
Dear International Students,
Recently, the respiratory illness caused by the novel Coronavirus has been spreading in China. For the safety and health of all international students, you are advised to read the following notice:
1. 到目前为止我校还没有出现新冠肺炎病例。
Currently there are no cases of 2019-nCoV at our university.
2. 请遵循以下指导。
Follow the instructions please.
1）不要去人群拥挤的地方，避免感染疾病。
Avoid crowded places and avoid getting sick.
2）不去电影院、KTV、酒吧等公共场所。
Do not go to any public place, like cinema, KTV, bars, etc.
3）避免聚会，避免互相串门，避免与有呼吸道症状如发烧、咳嗽等的人密切接触。
Avoid gathering, visiting, and avoid close contact with people who have respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough, etc.
4)出门请戴口罩，回到房间请认真洗手。
If you go out, please wear a mask. Wash hands carefully when returning back to the dormitory or home.
5) 如果你已经回国，请不要提前返校。对擅自返校的，学校将给予严肃的教育处理，并视情况给予相应的纪律处分，造成严重后果的将承担法律责任。
For students who have been back home, you are not allowed to come back to university earlier than the informed return date from us. For those who return to university without permission, you will be disciplined accordingly, those who cause serious consequences will bear legal responsibility.
6）如果你已经回国，请务必严格自觉居家隔离14天，禁止走亲访友，禁止聚会聚餐。如有发烧、咳嗽、头痛乏力、呼吸困难等异常情况，应及时就医，并报告国际教育学院老师。
For students who have been back home, please voluntarily keep in quarantine at home for at least 14 days. Please do not visit relatives or friends, do not have parties during the quarantine. If you have fever, cough, headache, weakness, dyspnea and other abnormal conditions, please go to a doctor immediately, and report to the staff from School of International Education.
7) 对还在学校的学生，当进入或离开校园时，请随身携带学生证，以便在校园门口进行安全检查。当需要量体温时，请认真配合学校工作人员。
For students living on campus, Please always take your student ID card with you when entering or leaving campus for security check at campus gates. Please work in cooperation with the university staff when a temperature check is required.
8)在疫情面前学生必须做到不造谣、不信谣、不传谣。不得有在朋友圈、贴吧、抖音、微博、微信等任何网络媒体中发布或转载虚假信息，扰乱社会秩序等行为；对制造、散布、传播谣言的，学校将给予相应的纪律处分；造成损害和不良影响的将承担法律责任。
In front of the epidemic situation, students must not fabricate, believe or spread rumors on network media, or have any other disturbing social order behaviors. Otherwise, you would be given corresponding disciplinary action by the university, and those who cause damage or adverse effects to the university or society should bear legal liability.
9)学生必须按照疫情防控要求接受管控。对不执行、不配合隔离观察等管控措施的学生，学校给予严肃的教育处理直至相应的纪律处分，情节严重的移送司法机关。Students must accept control in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. Otherwise you should be given serious educational treatment or even corresponding disciplinary action by the university, and those with harmful result would be transferred to the judicial organ.
10)一旦你有发烧、咳嗽、肌肉酸痛等症状，请立即戴上口罩去医院就医，并告知国际教育学院老师。请严格按医生的要求做，不必惊慌。
If you have a symptom of fever, cough or sore muscles etc. you are requested to wear a mask to go to a hospital immediately, and report to the staff from School of International Education. Please strictly follow doctors' instructions and there is no need to panic.
11)有任何异常情况或者需要帮助的，请随时联系国际教育学院的老师。
In case of emergency, please contact the staff of the School of International Education.
